VELO FITNESS LLC (“VELO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use VELO and velofitness.app.
We may collect information you provide directly, such as contact details, account information, workout entries, nutrition and meal data, goals, and support requests. VELO may also process device and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We use information to provide and personalize VELO, maintain and protect the service, respond to support requests, and understand how the product is used. We do not use your information for purposes that are incompatible with these operations without notice.
If you choose to connect Apple Health or another supported integration, we process only the information you authorize for the features you enable. You can manage permissions through your device or integration settings.
We do not sell personal information. We may use carefully selected service providers to help operate VELO, subject to appropriate safeguards. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal obligations.
